You can exchange or return any product within 7 days of delivery in unused condition. Reverse shipping costs will be borne by the customer. To return any product you can go to our RETURNS tab.
We do not offer cash refunds. In the case of Return, you can either exchange the product or request for a credit note with the same amount with the validity of 1 year. Discounted products can only be exchanged for size.
Bags are not eligible for returns and/or Exchange
To be eligible for replacement/return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging, if the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used, and hence we will not accept the return.
If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we request you to get in touch with us via Email info@glowalk.in or WhatsApp (+918779356054) within 48 hours. If a product has a manufacturing defect and is notified to us within 48 hours of delivery, we will replace the product or refund you for the same.
If defects arise from accidents or physical damage, we will not be liable to offer an exchange/refund.
Kindly note, refunds(in case of a defect) are processed within 15 days once we receive the product back to our warehouse.
Shipping amounts are Non-Refundable.
