We offer a 6-month warranty on Glowalk.in products. A bill or receipt of purchase is required. If you feel the footwear purchased has a manufacturing defect, we request you to get in touch with us via Email or WhatsApp.

If the product has a manufacturing defect and is notified to us within 2 days of delivery, we will replace the product/refund you for the same.

If defects arise from accidents or overuse, we will not be liable to offer a refund, however, we will do our best to fix the pair for you.
